how and when the human body get rid of toxins and the harmful chemicals

how and when the body gets rid of toxins and harmful chemicals is the most common and popular question been asked to the doctors and to the health experts over the world,some people thinks that it needs using some  expensive treatments or medical devices but that is not true.

the wonderful creation of the human body made it able to get rid of the harmful toxins and chemicals by it self only with out the need of external help ,sleeping have many benefits for the human body such as brain cells regeneration and helping the body to get rid of toxins ,but we have to know how and when .


* between 9:11 PM:-

in this time the body gets rid of the toxins in the lymphatic system,because of that this you have to spend this time quietly ,but if you have to work in this time it will impact on your health.

* between 11:1 AM:-

in this time the liver gets rid of toxins and any other harmful chemicals in the entire body and its the perfect time for a deep sleeping.

* between 1:3 AM:-
at this time the gallbladder gets rid of its toxins and its a good time for deep sleep too.

* between 3:5 AM:-

it is the time when the lungs gets rid of toxins and harmful toxins ,so that the patients will have cough at this time and that means the detoxification operation begun in the respiratory system and the patients will have more cough suffering at this time and they must not take any cough  medication at this time ,and its recommended not to smoke at this time.

* AT 5 AM:-

in this time the colon gets rid of toxins,so that to help the colon to get rid  of toxins the patients have to urinate at this time to empty the bladders.

* between 7:9 AM:-

its the time when small intestines begin to absorb the food,so that the patients how suffering from anemia and hemoglobin lack in the blood must have their breakfast meal before 6:30 am every day.

* between 12:4 AM:-

at this time the bone marrow start producing the new blood cells ,so that every one have to sleep early and wake up early ,but the late sleeping and the late waking up make the body unable to get rid of the toxins and the harmful chemicals.
